This is the main question we would like to ask you when you are thinking about improving your fitness level. Training and Coaching Memberships are for, and accessible to everyone. You will get the best results when you work with the direction of a Personal Trainer. Your trainer will be there to make sure your goals are met. We offer a wide variety of programs for every level of fitness and budget.

Supervised Gym Training (Unlimited Participants)

Sooke Fitness is happy to offer times throughout the week where a trainer will be walking the floor with the sole purpose of answering questions and giving advice on exercises and your overall program. Please see our schedule posted at the gym.

Group Training (2-6 Participants)

Personal Training in a group can increase your motivation, accountability and fun factor. Exercise should be exciting and affordable for everyone. By training in a group you are lowering your cost per session. Make an appointment with one of our fitness consultants for a consultation and get more information.

These sessions will implement the most effective training techniques for overall fitness and athletic conditioning and put them in to a nice package. We will be using the theory of Cross-training which refers to training in different ways to improve overall performance. These sessions will takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of each training method, while at the same time attempting to neglect the shortcomings of that method by combining it with other methods that address its weaknesses.

Cross Training includes activities and exercises that develop muscular fitness, as well as aerobic conditioning and train your muscles to work as one, decreasing the risk of injury and boredom. Become more “Functionally Fit” by Cross-Training which will develop seldom-used muscles and will create a more balanced body.
