  • We strongly suggest you repeat this process every 20mins during your workout and also at the end prior to leaving.

Accessing the gym

  • As normal we require all members to SCAN IN prior to working out
  • We will also be requesting that you SCAN OUT prior to leaving so we can monitor participation numbers within the club
  • Pre Booking an appointment is highly recommended to avoid any disappointment during peak times

Alert

  • Sharing is caring and we want you to alert us if you have visited the club and then within 14 days and have tested positive for COVID19. We will keep your name confidential and only share the data where required
  • By sharing information it allows us to notify other members that were in the club at the same time so they can get tested. This will hopefully prevent the spread of COVID19

PPE

  • We trust your judgement and personal preference when it comes to your own PPE.  Gloves and masks can be worn at your own discretion. We do however request that you do not overexert while wearing a mask as it can limit your intake of oxygen.

Social Distancing

  • Social distancing must be maintained at all times within the club. As it stands right now that distance is 6ft (2m)

Contactless Transactions

  • We ask that you do not bring cash for purchasing items. Please use a contactless method of payment to ensure social distancing and cross-contamination

Be Kind

  • This is a new environment for us all and we are all dealing with the information we have in the best way possible. Please be kind to one another so we can help each other through this situation.
