Myles has been a BCRPA certified fitness leader since 2012. He believes that a 60 minute session should include a full body workout, make you sweat and be fun! As your personal trainer, Myles will motivate you to continue on your path to success and more importantly give you the knowledge to take control of your own workouts! Myles specializes in weight loss management and working with people who are new to a fitness club setting.
