We’ll show you around our 2 level, 6,000 sq. ft. facility so you know where everything is:

  • The main: 
    • ProShop for all your supplement needs
    • 2 Tanning beds to keep your glow all year long
    • Cardio zone for shedding those pounds or training for this next marathon
    • Full selection of weight machines so you can target every muscle group

       

  • The downstairs (Yup, we have a full downstairs section) 
    • 5 Full squat racks
    • Dumbbells up to 120lbs (yes they are heavy) 
    • Matrix plate loaded leg press, hack squat and glute trainer
    • Incline and flat bench 
    • Weighted punchbag
    • Cable machines 
    • Open areas for stretching or functional training
