Since 1996, we have been a cornerstone in the town of Sooke supporting healthy habits to the residents of Sooke and the surrounding areas.
Our mission is to support fitness in the community, for the community and we achieve this by providing a home away from home where you feel comfortable.

I love this place. It’s been a while (decades?) since I’ve stepped foot in a gym. The machines are awesome, staff and clientele are friendly. I can see loads of progression opportunities between the equipment on both floors. Highly recommend!

This gym is great and has a variety of equipment and classes, always clean and has done a great job with the reopen after COVID19. Very good about screening people and making sure they understand the process and new restrictions. Great staff!!
